Palazzo Signorile is located within the city walls of the old medieval town centre of Offida in Ascoli Piceno province of the Marches region in central Italy.
Palazzo Signorile is one of the oldest buildings in Offida and dates back to 13th century. It is attached to the exconvent of San Francesco and used to be a part of the very same monastery.
The entire house has been completely restored and covers more than 336 square meters of living space with a total of 440 square meters including the yard and the 2 roof terraces. The building is on 4 floors with more than 10 rooms.
The ground floor contains a large garage, spacious enough for 2 smaller cars, a storage space and a utility room,
which leads out to the yard. From the entrance door there is a wardrobe room on the left containing a built-in shoecloset.
The first floor contains a TV-room connected to the main living room by a bridge, a toilet and a utility room and the kitchen. From the kitchen there’s an entrance leading out to the yard.
The second floor contains two large bedrooms, a restroom and another bedroom with restroom and walk-in-closet.
The third floor contains two smaller rooms and one larger room (studio). From the third floor there are the entrances to the two terraces, one overlooking the old town centre, and the Apennines mountain chain including Southern Europe’s largest mountain: Gran Sasso, while the other terrace overlooks the countryside hills north of Offida.
